Lab work is required prior to visit and before CERTAIN medications are prescribed. Lab work should include a CBC, Complete Metabolic Panel, TSH and FLP. Any of these labs performed within the past year will be acceptable.

Dr. Aymond is only in the office every other week for weight loss on Tuesday, Thursday 9a-4p and Saturday 8a-11a. You may request an appointment online, but check the availability below before scheduling. You may call/text 337-565-7926 to schedule directly!
Patients over 65 years old must complete the registration forms to pre-screen before scheduling.
If you have hypertension (high blood pressure), then ADIPEX will not be prescribed. Please look over the other weight loss medication options!
We will NOT prescribe Adipex for more than 6 months at a time!
