For weight loss services, we do NOT see anyone over 65 years old.

We will NOT prescribe Adipex for more than 6 months at a time!

Lab work is required prior to visit and before medications are prescribed.  Lab work should include a  CBC, Complete Metabolic Panel, TSH and FLP.  Any of these labs performed within the past year will be acceptable.
