We accept BlueCross BlueShield and United HealthCare. MOST insurances do not cover for weight loss services. Please check with them to ensure they cover weight loss services alone. It is $100 for the initial visit even if filing with insurance. If insurance covers, you will receive a refund or credit to your account.

We do NOT accept insurance for medical marijuana recommendations or compound injections.
