My name is Lakyn Aymond and I am an adult gerontology & acute care nurse practitioner. I recently joined GreenRx with Dr. Aymond while also still practicing full time within an ICU setting in Shreveport. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS FOR AN APPOINTMENT

Lab work is required prior to visit and before medication is prescribed. Lab work should include a CBC, Complete Metabolic Panel, TSH and FLP. A1c if possible. Any of these labs performed within the past year will be acceptable.
