Insurance coverage for medical weight loss requires a diagnosis of obesity including at least one weight-related medical condition such as Diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Pricing Below for patients not using insurance or paying out of pocket:
- Price for new patient : $100
- Follow up price:( monthly): $70
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Lab work is required prior to visit and before CERTAIN medications are prescribed. Lab work should include a CBC, Complete Metabolic Panel, TSH and FLP. Any of these labs performed within the past year will be acceptable.

Dr. Aymond is only in the office every other week for weight loss on Tuesday, Thursday 9a-4p and Saturday 8a-11a.
